General washing
Ordinary washing, which is familiar to us everyday, is changed to mechanized washing. The water temperature is about 60-90 ° C, and a certain amount of detergent is added. After about 15 minutes of ordinary washing, the fabric can be softer, more comfortable, more natural and cleaner visually.
STONE WASH
Stone washing means adding a certain size of pumice in the washing water to polish the pumice and clothes. The water level in the polishing tank is carried out at the low water level where the clothes are completely soaked, so that the pumice can contact the clothes well. Yellow stone, white stone, AAA stone, artificial stone, rubber ball, etc. can be used for washing to achieve different washing effects. After washing, the cloth surface appears gray and old, and the clothes are slightly to severely damaged.
ENZYME WASH
Enzyme is a kind of cellulase, which can degrade the fiber structure under a certain PH value and temperature, so that the cloth surface can be mildly faded and depilated (producing the "peach skin" effect), and obtain a lasting soft effect. It can be used with or instead of stone. If it is used with stone, it is usually called ENZYME STONE WASH.
